Glamping Structures
Sale of camping tents
Glamping Structures was established in 2020 by family business CampSolutions. CampSolutions had gained extensive experience in renting out temporary accommodations, including all sorts of tents, lodges, cabins and tiny houses. They were usually placed at large festivals throughout Europe. Glamping Structures was established to streamline the sales of these accommodations.
Thanks to their close collaboration with CampSolutions, Glamping Structures has a wide selection of slightly used second-hand and new tents available. These tents have often stood at well-known festivals such as Lowlands, Tomorrowland or Sziget. They are unique, attractive tents made from high-quality materials.
Specialist in bespoke work
Besides the standard range, Glamping Structures specialises in bespoke solutions. Together with the customer, they discuss wishes and requirements, such as the tent size, material type, with or without a kitchen or private bathroom and the climate of the location where the tent or lodge is to be placed. As soon as everything is mapped out, the accommodation is designed and rendered into a detailed 3D drawing by a technical draughtsman. The design is extensively discussed, adjustments are made, and the accommodation is produced once everything is approved. The process ends with turn-key delivery of the tent, lodge, cabin or tiny house at the location.
Glamping Structures customers consist of individuals who want something different from the standard tent or caravan with which they used to go on holiday. Another major customer target group is campsite and glampsite owners. Adding eye-catching and quality glamping units to all or part of their campsite increases the allure, rentability and – because they can charge higher rates for glamping units – the revenue of their camping pitches.
Flying start
In the short time that the business has been operational, Glamping Structures has become a household name in the market. You will find Glamping Structures’ accommodations at campsites and glampsites throughout Europe. The business has contracted agents in Italy, France and the United Kingdom to encourage sales in these countries. The company plans to engage more agencies in the future.
The future
The company is growing rapidly, and orders are coming in from countries beyond Europe such as South Africa, Gambia, America and Australia. Most of these orders come from Dutch people living overseas who own or run a campsite. In the future, the business plans to export more units to these promising countries.
