Indito – ‘IN Deventer IT sOlutions – was established in 2018 after a

management buy-out of another IT concern. 22 employees set out on the new adventure, now there are 28.

Indito’s mission is to share IT knowledge, using Microsoft Online to set up timesaving and high-efficiency solutions for companies and organisations. Applications such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Office 365, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 support organisations in their processes and achieve better performances. Through clever use of applications within Microsoft, and thanks to seamless links with the likes of ERP-, HRM-, CRM- and financial systems, it is possible to oversee and manage a company from one central dashboard. Indito is considered a super specialist in setting up complete company solutions, with an emphasis on information security, better communication and business process improvement.

Nearly 300 clients

The Indito team manages between 15,000 and 25,000 workplaces every day for nearly 300 clients. Customers are very varied and most are based in the east of The Netherlands. Although Indito is soon to start work for a German client, the focus is very much on firms in the region. Director Edwin de Goede: We have so many fantastic firms here that, with efficient use of the many possibilities offered by Microsoft Online, companies can be raised to the next level, bringing strategic advantage over their competitors”.

Partnerships

Indito is determined to stay ahead of the game in its use of the newest IT technology. Edwin mentions the collaboration with Konica Minolta as an example. This world player in the field of printing has set up a new platform for digital document management and Indito has scooped the right to be the first to implement this in The Netherlands.

Future

Indito expects to continue to grow, thanks to its attention to its clients’ needs and its focus on how IT technology can speed up

development of a business. Edwin: “ While our target is the Dutch market, our contacts in Germany have shown that in terms of IT we are some way ahead here in The Netherlands so, who knows, more chances may lie ahead of us over the border”.
