Step 1: Virtual Office

Your first mandatory step to incorporate a Dutch entity.

A Virtual Office provides you with a recognised Dutch business address, required by the Chamber of Commerce and the Dutch Tax Authority.

What’s included:

Official Dutch business address
Mail handling & forwarding (physical and digital, GDPR-compliant)
Monthly flexible subscription (after an initial 3-month period)

Price: €114 / month / entity (excl. VAT)
Optional: Translation of Dutch documents → €1 per document (max 10 pages)

Step 2: SETTING UP YOUR BUSINESS

After you have set-up a recognised Dutch business address in the previous step you can set-up your Dutch business.
